Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Management
Drive primary, secondary, and tertiary sales targets for the assigned region. Achieve revenue and profitability objectives through effective business planning and execution. Optimize secondary-to-primary sales ratio with channel partners. Lead current product launches and category expansion initiatives. Drive hospital business, institutional sales, and tender business in the region. Channel & Distribution Management




Appoint and manage Super Dealers and Sub-Dealers to strengthen market penetration. Convert high-potential Sub-Dealers into Super Dealers. Expand and strengthen the orthopedic-focused chemist network. Ensure effective dealer engagement and channel profitability. Team Management & Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ sales specialists. Ensure complete manpower deployment and team productivity across the region. Monitor field productivity and improve sales team efficiency. Drive capability development and training initiatives to build a high-performance culture. Market Development & Customer Engagement
Identify and develop recent market opportunities and expansion areas. Build relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, hospitals, and retail influencers. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Sales Operations & Reporting
