About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Healthcare Partnerships Executive to build and manage Cure Able's network of doctors, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare professionals.

The person will be responsible for identifying potential partners, establishing relationships with doctors and healthcare institutions, developing referral partnerships and creating long-term collaborations that contribute to Cure Able's growth.

Key Responsibilities
Doctor & Healthcare Partnerships
Identify and onboard pediatricians, psychiatrists, psychologists, developmental specialists and other relevant healthcare professionals. Build solid professional relationships with doctors and healthcare stakeholders. Develop structured doctor referral and collaboration programs. Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with existing and prospective partners. 2.



Hospital & Clinic Tie-ups
Identify potential hospitals, clinics and healthcare institutions for partnerships. Initiate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial collaboration models. Coordinate with internal teams for successful execution of partnerships. Maintain a database of all healthcare partners and partnership status. 3. Business Development
Generate qualified referrals and business opportunities through the healthcare network. Explore recent channels for patient acquisition through doctors and healthcare institutions. Develop local healthcare networks across Delhi-NCR. Support expansion into current locations through strategic healthcare partnerships. 4. Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with partner doctors and institutions. Understand partner requirements and ensure timely resolution of concerns. Organise doctor meets, awareness sessions, workshops and professional engagement activ
