Roles and Responsibility
Design, develop, and implement CAD/CAM programs for machine shop operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for CAD/CAM programs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CAD/CAM programming.
Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality output.
Provide training and support to junior team members on CAD/CAM programming best practices.

Job Requirements
Proficient in CAD/CAM programming languages such as AutoCAD, CAM350, or similar software.
Experience working with industrial equipment and machinery, particularly in construction equipment.
Strong understanding of computer-aided design and manufacturing processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Robust communication and teamwork skills.
