Manage incoming phone callsn
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionn
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationn
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsn
Handle customer complaints,



provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionn
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsn
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesn

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representativen
Track record of over-achieving quotan
Solid phone contact handling skills and active listeningn
Familiarity with CRM systems and practicesn
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersn
Excellent communication and presentation skillsn
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyn
