nWe are seeking an experienced, agile, and results-oriented professional to join our organization as Head – Plant Operations. The ideal candidate should have a robust and proven track record in leading end-to-end manufacturing and plant operations, preferably within the Power Conditioning, Power Quality, Power Management, UPS, or related electrical/electronics industry.
nThe candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence in production, operations, planning, procurement, QC, TRC, logistics and Commercial.

Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plantn
Ideate and implement strategic improvements for production, quality, and labor utilization throughout the facilityn
Apply lean manufacturing principles in designing, specifying, and validating world-class manufacturing processes that achieve organizational goalsn
Drive cost reduction activities to achieve budgetary goals for the companyn
Investigate and implement creative manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve product qualityn
Participating in various manufacturing-related activities, such as quality, productivity, safety, innovation, supply management and on-time shippingn
Oversee logistics department for timely delivery of consignments to meet customer demandn
Ensure that production line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements, and financial planningn
Works with Human Resources to proactively monitor and oversee
