Data Analyst Customer Coordination
We are looking for a female Data Analyst who can analyse customer data, coordinate with customers and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer and business data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Prepare reports and track customer performance/data.
- Work closely with the team to improve customer engagement and results.
