Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced CICS System Programmer with solid hands-on expertise in CICS system programming on IBM z/OS environments. The role requires deep technical knowledge of CICS internals, configuration, installation, maintenance, and performance tuning. This is not an operations or monitoring role.
nKey Responsibilities

Install, configure, customize, and upgrade IBM CICS Transaction Server on z/OSn
Perform CICS region setup and management, including AOR/FOR/TOR configurationsn
Define and manage CICS resources using RDO / CSD / DFHCSDUPn
Administer and support CICSPlex SM environmentsn
Handle CICS-related SMP/E maintenance, PTFs, and version upgradesn
Perform performance tuning and capacity planning for CICS regionsn
Diagnose and resolve CICS system-level issues, abends, dumps, and performance problemsn
Work closely with z/OS system programmers, application teams,



and middleware teamsn
Ensure high availability, stability, and compliance of CICS settingsn
Participate in on-call support for critical CICS incidentsn
