Key Responsibilities and Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with common instruments/ equipment related to quality inspection.
- Experience in Crankshaft Quality field preferable.
- Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier, customer and customer warranty)
- Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (ISO 9001-2015)
- Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators including scrap monitoring, rework levels, parts per million (PPM) figures.
- Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues.
- Basic knowledge of 5'S elements, SPC, 8D problem solving techniques, kaizen, PPAP,APQP and FMEA.
- Should have MS Office Knowledge.
- ISO 9001 related monitoring on PC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
