Co-create/develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum, academic standards and overall Education Philosophyn
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students.n
Create a positive and inclusive learning setting that supports student engagement and achievement.n
Robust focus on safety, wellness and pastoral care, providing a nurturing, engaging, happy and positive environment for our learning community.n
Assess student progress regularly and provide feedback to students, parents and the Inventure leadership team.n
Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities.n
Participate in school events and Beyond Academics activities as needed.n




Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.n
Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with best practices.n

nCompetencies and job qualifications required:
nEducation:
n
n
Bachelor's/ Master's degree in psychology/ Early Childhood education or relevant field.n
A B.Ed or valid teaching certification (e.g., CITDL) is highly desirable.n

nExperience:
n
n
2 - 4 years of full time teaching experience working as an Early Years educator.n
Experience with the CIE/IB curriculum is an added advantage.n
Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning methods/ Jolly Phonics etcn
