Job DescriptionRole Overview:
NRepro is seeking a hands-on Software D2C Tech Lead who will help to shape up the D2C brand of Repro named Bookscape. The candidate should have a valuable experience in building the D2C product. The candidate will own and scale our direct-to-consumer digital ecosystem. This role will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining high-performing eCommerce platforms, ensuring seamless customer journeys, and driving innovation across digital touchpoints. The candidate will spend approximately 60% of time in active coding and system design and 40% in technical leadership and team management. This role requires deep engineering capabilities combined with the ability to mentor teams and drive scalable, production-grade architecture. You will work closely with business, product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver scalable, data-driven, and customer centric technology solutions.

Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of D2C platforms custom stack N
Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of the eCommerce ecosystem N
Manage integrations with payment gateways, logistics, CRM, ERP, and marketing tools. N
nCustomer Experience & Conversion

Optimize website/app performance, UX, and conversion funnels N
Implement personalization, recommendation engines, and A/B testing frameworks N
Ensure mobile-first andomnichannel experiences. N
nTech Strategy & Innovation

Define and execute the D2C technology roadmap aligned with business goals N
Evaluate and implement recent tools, frameworks, and technologies N
Drive automation acrossoperations (order management, inventory sync, etc.) N
nData & Analytics

Leverage analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.) for insights and decision-making N
Build dashboards for business KPIs like CAC, LTV, conversion rates N
