ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE N

nThis role is responsible for supporting HR IT Operations by managing and enhancing HRMS processes, developing Amplify scripts, analysing system data, and resolving day-to-day HRMS queries. The incumbent will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and configure custom workflows, forms, and process automation within the HRMS platform.

The role also involves providing functional support and basic training to stakeholders on HRMS modules, ensuring effective system adoption and user experience. Additionally, the position requires a foundational understanding of Python scripting to support automation, Integratuon and Amplify scripting. N

Support and maintain HR IT Operations and HRMS applications. N
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Amplify scripts. N
Analyse HRMS data and generate reports as required. N
Resolve daily HRMS userqueries and system-related issues. N
Create and configure custom workflows based on business requirements. N
Conduct basic user training and knowledge-sharing sessions on HRMS modules. N
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement prospects. N
Possess a basic understanding of Python scripts and automation concepts. N
