We are looking for a proactive HR professional with 2–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations, with a strong focus on mid-to-senior-level hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing
- Mid-to-senior-level hiring
- Interview coordination, offer management & onboarding
- Employee engagement and HR operations
- Attendance, leave, documentation & HR MIS
- Coordination with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong recruitment and communication skills
- Experience handling mid-to-senior-level positions
- Valuable knowledge of HR operations and MS Excel
Pay: From ₹20,017.14 per month
Work Location: In person
