Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and operationally solid RSM to lead and scale our 2-Wheeler Service Operations. This role will be based out of Gurugram and will primarily oversee service operations across the NCR region. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end workshop operations, ensuring high vehicle uptime, driving service quality, optimizing operational efficiency, and leading teams of technicians and mechanics across multiple service hubs. The role will also focus on implementing standardized processes, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvements to deliver a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities
Service Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end operations of 2-wheeler service centers and workshops.
Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Drive operational excellence across service hubs to maximize vehicle availability and uptime.
Monitor service workflows and optimize resource utilization to improve efficiency.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach,



and manage a team of mechanics, technicians, and service personnel.
Establish performance benchmarks and drive accountability across teams.
Identify training needs and ensure continuous development of technicians. 3. Vehicle Maintenance & Uptime
Ensure timely diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of scooters and two-wheelers.
Drive adherence to vehicle uptime targets and minimize repair turnaround times (TAT).
Implement preventive maintenance practices to reduce recurring failures and breakdowns.
Quality & Customer Experience
Ensure consistent service quality standards across all repair and maintenance activities.
Monitor service outcomes and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
Drive customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and resolution management.
