Job DescriptionAbout the Role
NLanstitut Technologies Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented finance professional to manage vendor payments, oversee monthly and annual book closures, and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports. This is a hands-on, in office role based in Bangalore, ideal for a CA Inter qualified candidate looking to build a strong career in core finance and accounts.
NKey Responsibilities
nVendor Payments

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments N
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies N
Maintain vendor paymentschedules and ensure compliance with agreed credit terms N
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for invoice verification and approvals N
Handle TDS deduction and compliance on vendor payments N
nBook Closure

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure activities N
Prepare journal entries, accruals, and provisions N
Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and balance sheet schedules N
Ensure timely closure of books in line with company deadlines N
Coordinate with statutory auditors for audit requirements and finalization N
nMIS Preparation

Prepare periodic MIS reports (P&L;, cash flow, vendor ageing, expense analysis, etc.) N
Maintain accurate and updated financial trackers and dashboards N
nCompliance & Other

Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements related to payments and books N
Assist in process improvement and automation of finance workflows N
nCandidate Requirements

Qualification: CA Inter N
Experience: 2–5 years in accounts/finance, preferably in a startup or rapid-paced setting N
Solid understanding ofaccounting principles, TDS, GST, and statutory compliance N
Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar) N
Proficiency in MS Excel(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financia
