NAbout the Role
nUnion Living is seeking a Residence Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our residential properties while delivering an outstanding resident experience.
NThis role requires a highly organized, customer-focused skilled who can oversee property operations, lead on-ground teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure consistent service excellence across the residence.
NKey Responsibilities

Lead the overall day-to-day operations of the residence. N
Supervise and manage on-ground teams, including housekeeping, security, maintenance staff, and external vendors. N
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents by ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns. N
Drive high standards ofservice quality and resident satisfaction. N
Oversee facility management, maintenance planning, and operational compliance. N
Coordinate with internal departments to support occupancy, resident engagement initiatives, and operational efficiency. N
Monitor property upkeep,



safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company operating procedures. N
Track operational performance, identify improvement prospects, and implement best practices. N
Prepare operational reports and ensure smooth communication with management. N
