A committed representative who is able to maintain relationships with our customers and clients, answer questions and troubleshoot account issues, help with product and payments queries, and more. This is a full time position with the ability to work in the office. Relevant certifications and experience will improve consideration chances for this position.
NKey Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services N
Respond efficiently andaccurately to our clients, explaining possible solutions, and N
ensuring that clients feel supported and valued N
Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on N
trust and reliability N
Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately N




Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent N
and consistent customerservice N
Maintain and update customer information as necessary in database N
Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate N
Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned N
Ensure Zero compliance issues in terms of call quality N
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and convert them into customers N

Graduate or Diploma holder in any field Minimum 2 years of experience in Outbound calling N
