Job DescriptionWe are looking for a result-oriented Ground-Mounted Solar Sales / Business Development skilled to drive sales and business growth for ground-mounted solar EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent project opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, negotiating with customers, and closing projects from lead generation to contract signing.
NThe role requires strong knowledge of C&I;, utility-scale, open-access and captive ground-mounted solar projects, along with excellent networking, negotiation and project-sales skills.
NKey Responsibilities
nBusiness Development & Lead Generation

Identify and develop current business opportunities for ground-mounted solar projects. N
Generate leads through direct client meetings, industry networks, consultants, EPC partners, references and tenders. N
Develop relationships with industrial, commercial, institutional and corporate customers. N
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for MW-scale solar projects. N




Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. N
Understand customer requirements and coordinate site visits and preliminary feasibility discussions. N
Coordinate with engineering/design teams for technical feasibility and project proposals. N
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, quotations and project solutions. N
Conduct commercial negotiations regarding pricing, scope, payment terms and project timelines. N
Close high-value ground-mounted Solar EPC projects and achieve assigned sales targets. N

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, developers and project stakeholders. N
Handle client meetings,presentations and commercial discussions. N
Coordinate with internal Engineering, Design, Procurement, Finance, Legal and Project Execution teams. N
