L& S Design Concepts Pvt. Ltd. is a Bengaluru-based Workplace Design & Build / Turnkey Interior Fit-Out company delivering contemporary commercial workplaces for leading organisations.
We are expanding our design team and are looking for a Senior Architect – Commercial Interiors who can bring solid design thinking, technical detailing and execution awareness to our projects.
You will be involved across the design and documentation lifecycle, including:
Space planning and workplace layouts Creative and functional interior design concepts Design development and detailed design Preparation and coordination of GFC drawings Architectural and interior detailing Materials, finishes and design specifications Design coordination with MEP and consultants Coordination with project execution teams Design documentation and drawing management Maintaining design intent and quality during execution Client, consultant and vendor coordination Supporting design management across multiple projects and stages THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for someone with:
2–3 years of relevant experience in commercial office interiors / workplace fit
