✔️ Tender Preparation & Submission
✔️ BOQ Preparation & Quantity Take-Off
✔️ Cost Estimation & Rate Analysis
✔️ RA Sheet / RA Bill Preparation
✔️ Schedule of Rates (SOR) Analysis
✔️ Project Documentation & Reporting
✔️ Coordination with Vendors, Contractors & Project Teams
Required Skills:
✅ Tendering & Estimation Experience
✅ BOQ & Quantity Surveying Knowledge
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel
✅ Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
✅ Robust Analytical & Documentation Skills
✅ Ability to Read Architectural / Civil Drawings
Qualification:
? B.Arch / Civil Engineering (Diploma, BE, or B.Tech)
Experience:
? 1–5 Years Preferred
? Freshers with relevant knowledge and strong skills may also apply
