Required Business Development Manager who can do client acquisition and maintain good
relations with the clients to divert maximum business towards our Company.

Role Responsibilities
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting recent ones
- Identify new opportunities for growth within existing clients in conjunction
- Provide input into the development of documentation for business development collateral
and support activities
- Creating goals for the Business Development Team and business growth and ensuring they
are met
- Documentation of business requirements
- Documentation of proposal, quotes, contracts, project scope and milestones
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Monitor industry developments relating to potential business opportunities




- Understand the client requirements and co-ordinate communicate with the client
technical team
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve customer delight
- Developing business partners in various countries

Required Skills
- Must have proven experience of selling software services in international markets.
- Experience in inbound or outbound sales
- Strong communication (verbal written), presentation, organisational and interpersonal
skills. Must be detail oriented and an active listener
- Experience in market research, competition and feasibility analysis
- Passionate about IT industry and trends
- Good email and sales pitch writing skills
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a
relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Knowledge of various sales channels to generate leads and convert them into business
- Knowledge of online bidding portals
- Time manage
