Job Description
n
Focused in revenue generation through Leasing & Sales of Commercial & Retail.n
Managing leasing transactions from sourcing, inspections, proposals, negotiation, documentation, transaction and registration.n
Have a valuable connect and coordination internally with all departments from architectural, MEP, legal etc to ensure smooth transactions.n
Regular interactions with IPC's, Channel Partners and other brokers across all regions.n
Nurturing healthy relationship with clients and channel partners.n
Managing the lease registration along with the legal team and government authorities.n
Managing the investors of all commercial projects across all projects.n
Conducting client inspections, execution & closure of deals, and manages end-to-end documentation pertaining to the transaction.n
Managing leasing & RFPs for the upcoming commercial projectsn
