We looking for a Business Development qualified from an advertising, creative, digital, media or integrated marketing agency to drive new business and build solid relationships with brands and businesses.

What You Will Own
Identify and generate recent business opportunities across brands and businesses.
Build relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Heads and senior decision-makers.
Drive the complete recent business cycle — prospecting, meetings, briefs, pitches, negotiations and closure.
Understand client challenges and translate them into relevant agency solutions.
Work closely with creative, strategy, digital, media and other teams to develop compelling pitches and proposals.
Drive RFPs, pitch opportunities and proactive outreach.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline and consistently deliver revenue targets.




Identify prospects to grow existing relationships and cross-sell ARC's integrated capabilities.

Who We Are Looking For
3–7 years of experience in Business Development / Current Business within an advertising, creative, digital, media or integrated marketing agency.
Proven experience in client acquisition and business closure.
Strong understanding of the agency ecosystem and marketing landscape.
Existing relationships with brands/marketing decision-makers will be a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and pitching skills.
Someone who is commercially sharp, proactive and comfortable hunting for new business.
Most importantly, someone who can sell an idea, a solution and an agency — not just a service.
