Role Purpose

Own the visual expression of DT's digital communication and translate campaign concepts into premium visual systems.

Responsibilities
- Develop campaign visual concepts.
- Translate creative briefs into visual directions.
- Lead key visual development.
- Establish visual hierarchy and design systems.
- Work with Creative Head and Copy.
- Guide junior designers.
- Design performance creatives.
- Create social assets.
- Work with photographers, videographers and external production partners.
- Ensure brand consistency.
- Explore AI-assisted creative production where appropriate.

- 95%+ creative delivery within agreed timelines.
- First-round approval rate.
- Creative testing output.
- Campaign visual quality.
- Brand consistency.
- Junior designer productivity.
- Performance creative contribution.

This Role Involves Monday to Saturday working, with 3 days Travel and extended working hours
