The role emphasizes developing students analytical, practical, and professional competencies while supporting the institution's academic standards and strategic objectives through contemporary teaching and research practices.
NKey Responsibilities

Deliver PGDM courses using cutting-edge, interactive, and industry-relevant teaching methodologies N
Design, develop, and continuously update curriculum in line with emerging industry trends and academic advancements N
Maintain an active research profile with publications in reputed journals (ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science, or equivalent) N
Mentor and guide students in academic progression, career development, and research initiatives N




Engage with industry stakeholders for collaborations, live projects, guest lectures, and workshops N
Contribute to institutional development through participation in academic committees, accreditation processes, and strategic initiatives N
Promote experiential learning through case studies, simulations, and real-world applications N

nQualifications & Experience
NGeneral Requirements:

Ph.D. in relevantdiscipline (mandatory) N
4–5 years of experiencein academia, research, or industry N
Robust research track record with recent publications in reputed indexed journals (ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science, or equivalent) N
Demonstrated experiencein student mentoring, curriculum design, and innovative teaching practices N
