Role Description

We’re looking for a qualified, organized, and client-focused Front Office Manager to join our team at our Lavelle Road studio in Bangalore.

This is a key front-facing role responsible for creating an exceptional client experience while managing front office operations, enquiries, sales follow-ups, scheduling, CRM records, and day-to-day studio coordination.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with clients, handling multiple responsibilities, following up proactively,



and taking ownership of ensuring the studio runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Front Office
Welcome every client and visitor warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression of the studio
Handle incoming calls and client enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp and other communication channels
Provide accurate information on programmes, pricing, schedules and studio policies
Address routine client concerns professionally and escalate matters requiring management decisions
Build solid and lasting client relationships through proactive communication and excellent service

Enquiries & Sales
Record and manage all enquiries in the CRM accurately and on time
Follow up consistently with enquiries, trials, lapsed clients and unconverted leads
Make outbound sales calls and actively present the studio and its programmes to pros
