n Take Your Keys Realtors is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager – Real Estate for our Kolkata location. The candidate will be responsible for handling property sales, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.
NKey Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end salesfor residential and commercial real estate projects N
Generate and convert leads into successful closures N
Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits N
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties N
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients N
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets N
Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams N
Build and maintain strong client relationships N
Update CRM and maintainsales reports N

Solid communication and negotiation skills N




Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities N
Valuable understanding of the real estate sales process N
Target-oriented and result-driven approach N
Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel N

nExperience Required

3–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales N
Experience in residential and commercial property sales preferred N
Candidates from the Real Estate industry only N

nCompensation
n Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹33,000
