This role is for a senior Oracle 11 database architect who can analyze, reverse-engineer, diagnose, document, and stabilize a large legacy AdTech system where critical business rules and execution paths are embedded in PL/SQL, scheduled jobs, triggers, packages, tables, and data workflows.

Database Architecture & Technical Discovery
Analyze Oracle 11 database structures including schemas, tables, indexes, views, materialized views, packages, procedures, functions, triggers, jobs, and database links.
Map application execution flows across PL/SQL packages, batch jobs, scheduler routines, interfaces, logs, external file exchanges, and transactional tables.
Identify critical business rules embedded in database code and document how they influence application behavior.
Create technical understanding of data flows, dependency chains, control tables, error handling mechanisms, and operational touchpoints.
