Position - Manager - Enterprise Sales
Location - Bengaluru Karnataka, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune

Role Description
We are seeking a proactive sales professional to drive enterprise sales for our Managed Solutions business. The role involves a balanced focus on recent customer acquisition (50% hunting) and existing account growth (50% farming) across enterprise and corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities (50% Hunting) through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and enterprise networking
Manage and grow existing customer accounts (50% Farming) to maximize revenue and increase wallet share




Drive sales of Managed Solutions including and workflow automation solutions
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demos, and detailed requirement discovery sessions
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design, demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closures
Build and maintain robust relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, Admin, and Finance stakeholders
Maintain a strong understanding of Managed Services and enterprise IT environments
Prepare, track, and manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports using CRM tools
Ensure seamless handover to service and operations teams after order closure for smooth implementation
Consistently achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales target
