Job Title: Accounts & Finance Specialist

CTC: Up to ₹ 6 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 7 Days

Role Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Finance Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software, banking transactions, bank reconciliation, GST and TDS, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
Maintain and update financial records accurately.
Handle accounting operations using Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, or FreshBooks .
Manage and monitor net banking transactions and banking-related activities.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Handle and maintain records related to GST and TDS .




Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting and finance processes.
Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements and documentation.
Support financial reporting and other accounting activities as required.

Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
