We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Platform Engineer to design and build a production-grade, extensible internal tooling platform that will replace the existing Superblocks-based system. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in React, full-stack development, security frameworks, identity management, and workflow orchestration.

This role will focus on building scalable internal platforms with a solid emphasis on security, developer experience, AI-augmented workflows, extensibility, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development
Design and develop a React-based internal tooling platform.
Build reusable component libraries and extensible application scaffolding.
Migrate existing Superblocks workflows into production-grade applications and services.
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.
Design centralized orchestration deployment models that support global operations without requiring region-specific deployments.
Ensure scalability, maintainability, and extensibility across the platform.





Security & Compliance
Implement reusable Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks.
Develop and enforce Guardian-based permission models across platform components.
Build comprehensive audit logging capabilities with automated enforcement.
Implement and manage Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using:
OIDC (OpenID Connect)
SAML
Design secure token management and session handling mechanisms.
Enforce least-privilege access principles, role-based permissions, and workplace-level access controls.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Reliability & Workflow Automation
Develop platform-wide error handling and observability frameworks.
Create actionable error reporting integrated with logging and alerting systems.
Design and support asynchronous workflows and scheduling mechanisms.
