Role & responsibilities
- Manage overall Credit & Underwriting operations.
- Review and approve loan applications as per credit policy.
- Conduct credit risk assessment and financial analysis.
- Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency and credit performance.
- Develop and implement credit policies and guidelines.
- Lead, train and monitor the Credit Team.
- Ensure proper KYC, income and document verification.
