Principal Systems Engineer
Technically Lead, develop, and motivate engineering teams responsible for the System design and development of Business Jet programs. You will be responsible for defining,
executing the technical content by working with high performing System engineers. You will participate in all phases of Program development and drive high impact growth projects.
Develop, mentor and inspire engineers who work to develop creative products and technologies. Influence & challenge engineer teams to effectively solve complex engineering problems.
Build and guide highly talented engineering teams to deliver exceptional solutions.
Essential Skills:
This role will be primarily responsible for
Execution Excellence
Technical Lead for a project, including project’s overall technical solution, system level performance, configuration management, quality, and certification
Managing System requirements, controlling scope, and executing baseline change management
Leading critical stage gates and objectives of programs viz., Technical Concept Review (TCR), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), Phase gate
