Key Skills & Qualifications
Database Skills: Robust working knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL (joins, stored procedures, triggers, packages, scripts).
Operating Systems: Hands-on experience with Unix / Linux commands, file systems, log analysis, and basic shell scripting.
Domain & Tools: Prior experience in Application Support / Production Support and familiarity with ITIL concepts (Incident & Change Management).
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, robust verbal/written communication, and ability to work effectively under production pressure.
