? Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop
high-scale, distributed backend systems
using Java and Spring Boot.
- Own architecture and development of scalable, resilient, and high-performance services.
- Design and implement
event-driven architectures
using Apache Kafka.
- Build distributed systems with a focus on
high throughput, low latency, scalability, and fault tolerance
.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Design solutions for concurrency, availability, reliability, and performance.
- Identify and resolve complex production and performance issues.
- Drive technical design discussions and architecture decisions.
- Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate with Product,



DevOps, QA, and other engineering teams.

? Required Skills

✅ 10+ years of software engineering experience

✅ Strong expertise in
Core Java

✅ Extensive experience with
Spring Boot

✅ Strong hands-on experience with
Apache Kafka

✅ Deep understanding of
Distributed Systems

✅ Strong experience with
Microservices Architecture

✅ Excellent knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, and JVM concepts

✅ Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integration

✅ Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases

✅ Solid knowledge of
System Design and Design Patterns
