Excellent editing, proofreading, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Robust understanding of voice, tone, readability, accessibility, and inclusive writing.
Experience creating or maintaining editorial standards and style guides.
Experience using customer insights or content performance data to improve content decisions.
Familiarity with generative AI tools and an interest in applying them responsibly to content creation and editorial workflows.
Experience writing or reviewing prompts for AI-assisted content creation is a plus.
Familiarity with SEO and digital content best practices.
Curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn current tools and ways of working.
Solid collaboration and relationship-building skills.
