Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Java Microservices Developer with 5–7 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance microservices-based applications. Candidate should have robust expertise in Java, Spring Boot, cloud-native development, RESTful Services, and up-to-date distributed system design.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop microservices-based architectures using Java and Spring Boot

Build RESTful APIs and ensure high performance, scalability, and availability

Participate in system design discussions, solution architecture, and technical decision-making

Implement event-driven architectures using messaging technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions

Ensure code quality, testing, and security compliance

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment strategies

Write reusable,



maintainable, and effective code following best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Solid programming experience in Java (Java 8 and above)

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot

Positive expertise in microservices architecture and design patterns

Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI

Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka / RabbitMQ)

Experience with databases:

Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)

NoSQL (Redis)

Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS)

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)

Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Preferred Skills

Exposure to Observability tools (ELK stack, Grafana)

Experience in high-volume transaction systems (preferably in payments)
