Primary Skills:

• ITSM Operations & Windows Endpoint Management

As an L2 Windows Support Specialist, you will be the operational backbone of our global endpoint workplace. Your primary focus will be delivering high-quality IT service management while handling complex escalations from L1 teams.

ITSM & ITIL Excellence (Global Scope):

• You must have a strong foundation in ITIL methodologies with a proven track record of operating within a global support model. You will be responsible for strictly adhering to SLAs while managing Incidents (rapid service restoration), Service Requests (standard operational tasks), and actively participating in Problem Management (identifying root causes of recurring endpoint issues).

Modern Management Support:

• You will support and troubleshoot contemporary Windows-based environments. This includes operational experience with Windows Autopilot, ensuring smooth, day-to-day up-to-date deployment and provisioning experiences for end-users worldwide.

Legacy Systems Operations: You need solid,



practical experience navigating and operating within Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).

Certification:

• The Microsoft Intune Administrator (MD-102) certification is highly preferred, or you must be willing to achieve it, to demonstrate your foundational knowledge of the Microsoft Endpoint ecosystem.

Secondary Skills:

• Security Operations & Task Automation

At the L2 level, you will assist in maintaining the security posture of our endpoints and utilizing automation to speed up routine ticket resolution.

Encryption & Threat Monitoring:

• You will be responsible for day-to-day security compliance monitoring. This involves BitLocker encryption, as well as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, investigate alerts, and perform basic threat remediation under the guidance of L3/Security teams.

Scripting & Process Automation:

• To improve our SLA response times, you should possess functional proficiency in automation. This includes using PowerShe
