Job Description:
Demonstrate knowledge and experience on facilitate ART PI Planning event and manage/optimize ART flow through the PI.
Collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders (Product Managers / Product Owners/ Engineering Managers/ Team Coaches) to ensure strategy and execution alignment of ART deliverables in line with Business Objectives
Review and discuss targeted Feature scope for upcoming PI against historical throughput with Product Managers.
Work with Product Manager/Product Owner to prioritize the features to be considered in a given PI Planning cycle
Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) Sync ups like Scrum of Scrums,



PM/PO Sync up meetings with stakeholders.
Facilitate the ART's progress by removing impediments, managing risks, and helping the teams to improve their processes
Collaborate with the Product Manager to ensure that the Program has a healthy Product Backlog
Ensure ART overall performance fall between pre set parameters ,analyze any deviations to resolve them
Demonstrate experience in managing and coordinating with large Teams/ARTs.
Demonstrate ownership of ART and provide inputs to STE at Value Stream level.
