Job Purpose:

The Responsibility of this role is to ensuring safety operation in the plant and he support to production team for

continuous operation without breakdown.

Principal Accountabilities

• Continuous monitoring of all the Critical Control Points and Operational Prerequisite Program

equipments.

• Focus on continuous operation and maintenance activity in the plant.

• Prepare Preventive Maintenance schedule and follow the Preventive Maintenance activity as per the

schedule.

• Fault-finding and repair of plant, systems and equipment

• Modifies, repairs or replaces plant, systems and equipment

• Participates in Risk Assessments as part of Integrated Safe System Of Work (SAP) Permit to Work

preparation

• Prepares reports on work done.

• Performing Validation of recent installed equipment.

• Carried out testing and Maintenance activity.
