Responsibilities
Track asset movement, assignment, warranty, and maintenance data.
Conduct periodic physical and automated inventory audits.
Drive standardization for hardware procurement and disposal processes.
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance policies.
Collaborate with IT operations, finance, procurement, and logistics teams.
Required Skills
Hands‐on experience with process and policy implementation in both HAM and SAM areas.
Robust understanding of license models, entitlements, and compliance.
Experience with software audits and responding to vendor queries.
Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery and HAM.
Robust analytical skills to interpret usage and compliance data.
