nAbout the Role
nVanmoh is expanding its financial services portfolio with a focus on providing customers with accessible and structured credit and lending solutions.
nWe are looking for an experienced Manager – Credit Solutions to manage and grow the credit solutions function, covering customer acquisition, loan processing, credit assessment coordination, documentation, disbursement and portfolio follow-up.
nThe ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of lending processes, credit operations and customer relationship management, with the ability to balance business growth with credit quality and risk discipline.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Credit Business Development
n

Drive growth of Vanmoh's credit solutions business.n
Identify and develop current customer acquisition channels.n
Build relationships with customers, channel partners, DSAs,
agents and other business partners.n
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.n
Develop strategies to increase loan enquiries, applications and disbursements.n
n2. Loan & Credit Processing

Manage the complete credit processing cycle from application to disbursement.n
Verify customer applications and supporting documentation.n
Coordinate collection and verification of KYC, income and other required documents.n
Ensure applications are processed accurately and within defined turnaround times.n
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal and documentation teams.n
n3. Credit Assessment Coordination

Conduct preliminary assessment of customer applications.n
Review customer financial information, repayment capacity and credit history.n
Identify potential credit risks and escalate cases requiring detailed assessment.n
Coordinate with the credit/risk team
