nRole Description
nWe are seeking a proactive sales professional to drive enterprise sales for our Managed Solutions business. The role involves a balanced focus on recent customer acquisition (50% hunting) and existing account growth (50% farming) across enterprise and corporate customers.
nKey Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities (50% Hunting) through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and enterprise networkingn
Manage and grow existing customer accounts (50% Farming) to maximize revenue and increase wallet sharen




Drive sales of Managed Solutions including and workflow automation solutionsn
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demos, and detailed requirement discovery sessionsn
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design, demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)n
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closuresn
Build and maintain robust relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, Admin, and Finance stakeholdersn
Maintain a solid understanding of Managed Services and enterprise IT environmentsn
Prepare, track, and manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports using CRM toolsn
Ensure seamless handover to service and operations teams after order closure for smooth implementationn
Consistently achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targetn
