As a Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing assigned customer portfolios to identify delinquent accounts and initiate appropriate collection activity.

• Minimizing Unapplied Cash & Credit Memos through effective communication with customers.

• Collaborating cross-functionally on the resolution of various issues, following SLA agreements ensuring a high-level quality service is delivered.

• Documenting all collection efforts in Salesforce and meeting accounts receivable aging targets for the assigned portfolio.

• Be a team player, able to collaborate, prioritise, and solve problems in a fast-changing workplace.

• Possess excellent knowledge of accounting principles.

• Have prior experience using Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and Oracle.
