nJob Description:
nWe are seeking a DFT Engineer with strong expertise in automation and scripting to support and enhance DFT flows across IP and SoC programs. The role involves developing scalable automation solutions, improving productivity, and enabling seamless integration of DFT methodologies.
nKey Responsibilities:
n
n
Develop and maintain automation frameworks for DFT flows across multiple projects.n
Create scripts for scan insertion, ATPG, pattern generation, pattern validation, and coverage analysis.n
Automate report generation, data parsing, and quality checks for DFT deliverables.n
Work with DFT and implementation teams to streamline and optimize existing flows.n
Support simulation, LEC, and GLS runs through automation.n
Build reusable utilities for debug, regression management, and environment setup.n
Enable continuous integration (CI) based DFT execution flows (positive to have).n




Collaborate with cross-functional teams for flow deployment and issue resolution.n

nRequired Technical Skills:
n
n
Strong scripting expertise in Python / Perl / Tcl / Shell (at least one or more).n
Good understanding of DFT fundamentals:n
Scan architecturen
ATPGn
Scan compressionn
MBIST / LBIST (basic exposure)n
Hands-on experience with industry tools such as:n
Synopsys DFT Compiler / TetraMAX / TestMAXn
Cadence Modus (valuable to have)n
Experience in log parsing, report automation, and flow orchestration.n
Familiarity with Linux/Unix setting and revision control systems (Git/SVN).n
Basic knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog.n

Exposure to IJTAG / IEEE 1687 / 1500n
Experience with Makefile, regression frameworks, or CI/CD pipelinesn
