Position Overview
Administer monthly AsiaPac & India payrolls as well as assist with monthly global payrolls as needed
Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
Reconcile payroll prior to acceptance
Assist with month-end and year-end reporting/closing process
Assist Employee’s with the investment declaration & proof submission process
Allocate/code global payroll invoices for payment
Expert ability to deliver world-class customer service including responding to and assisting employees with payroll inquiries
Assist with ad hoc projects and reporting as needed
Provide monthly payroll report to accounting team for accounting purpose
Define policies and procedures for end to end payroll process and ensure control over payroll documentation
Partner with various HR specialists and functional teams on implementation of HR initiatives and projects related to the payroll.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
At least 10 years of proven work experience in payroll




International payroll experience required
Experience with ADP Streamline and WorkDay
Ability to multi-task and prioritize with solid attention to detail
Experience in expat payroll and Stock options tax processing.

Robust computer proficiency especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written skills. Able to build and effectively manage relationships at all levels of the company
A self-starter, with proven ability to work effectively in a team workplace, as well as independently
High degree of professionalism; ability to deal sensitively with confidential information
