Job Description:

• Identify and recruit potential advisors/sales associates (e.g., retired people, unemployed individuals, family members) to build a robust agency team.
• Conduct recruitment activities such as outreach, interviews, and onboarding, ensuring a steady pipeline of current agents.
• Activate recent and existing agents by inspiring them to sell at least one policy per month, ensuring consistent engagement.
• Collaborate with the Unit Manager to implement activation strategies and tools that enhance agent participation.
• Drive sales to achieve expected sales targets on a consistent basis through the team of advisors.
• Motivate IMs & agents to achieve sales targets through regular engagement, incentives, and performance discussions.
• Continuously review IMs & agent performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement to enhance productivity.
• Act as the primary point of contact for agents, addressing their concerns and aligning them with company objectives.
• Monitor agent activities for compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., IRDAI guidelines) and company policies, reporting issues to the Unit Manager.
