Role & Responsibilities:
Understand all aspects of assigned US Defined Perk in manual calculations in order to effectively provide customer service.
Excellent communication written/verbal skills.
Ensure compliance to all federal and state laws, and client specific requirements.
Assist with routine and periodic benefit plan audits.
Resolve queries using Root Cause Analysis / Quick Solver techniques.
Preferred candidate profile:
Candidate should be comfortable with night shifts(5:30Pm- 3:00AM)
Candidate should be comfortable with 5 days work from office.
Candidate should have positive communication skills.
