Job Overview
Orbit Global HR Consultants, a leading interior design and recruitment agency in Delhi NCR, is hiring an experienced Project Head – Interior Fit-Out for a growing organization in the interior contracting and construction industry.
This is a senior project leadership position for an experienced skilled who can take complete ownership of multiple interior fit-out projects across India—from project mobilization and planning through execution, quality control, commercial management and final handover.
The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in interior fit-out, turnkey interiors, hospitality/hotel interiors, commercial projects,
residential interiors or construction, with proven experience managing multiple projects, project teams, subcontractors, vendors and client relationships.
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Project Head who can ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
Take overall responsibility for multiple interior fit-out projects from mobilization to final handover.
Develop project execution strategies, schedules, resource plans and delivery milestones.
Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, timelines and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of critical activities.
Review project performance and implement corrective actions wherever required.
