Job Description:

Carry out breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhauling of refrigeration systems.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Handle maintenance and repair of:
Air Conditioning (AC) systems
Incubators
Walk-in Chambers
Stability Chambers
Cold Rooms
Chillers
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults and take appropriate corrective actions.
Perform compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, thermostat, sensor, and associated component repairs/replacement.
Monitor temperature, humidity, pressure, and system performance to ensure equipment operates within specified limits.




Attend breakdowns promptly and minimize equipment downtime.
Conduct planned maintenance and major/minor overhauling of refrigeration equipment.
Maintain equipment history, breakdown reports, preventive maintenance records, and service documentation.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and other Engineering teams for maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, EHS, and safety requirements.
Support calibration, qualification, and performance verification activities related to temperature-controlled equipment.
