Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with a minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience and robust expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service (Online). The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and RESTful integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and client stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable solutions.

Develop and configure applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, including:

Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)

Power Automate

Azure App Services

RESTful Web Services

Configure, customize, and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service (Online).

Develop custom plugins, web resources, and workflow components.

Analyze existing Dynamics 365 applications and implement enhancements and extensions.

Ensure implementations leverage configuration over customization whenever possible.





Prepare technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to the client's technical team.

Required Skills

Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience.

Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate) is required.

Robust experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (Online).

Experience developing custom plugins, web resources, and workflow customizations.

Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using RESTful APIs/Web Services.

Experience with Azure App Services.

Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Dynamics 365 applications.

Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Dynamics CRM On-Premises to Dynamics 365 Online migration.

Experience with Azure AI Services, especially Azure Document Intelligence.

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint integration
